Leadership is rarely about having all the answers. More often, it is about having the awareness, confidence and courage to navigate uncertainty, make sound decisions, and bring out the best in yourself and others.

With more than 30 years of professional experience, my work over the past two decades has focused on people and leadership development, executive education, coaching and supporting organisational change.

My career has spanned leadership development, professional services, higher education, consultancy and executive learning. I have worked with leaders, managers and professionals across a wide range of industries, including construction, energy, manufacturing, government, events and exhibitions, and professional services. I have also had the privilege of working internationally, supporting organisations across the Middle East, Europe and beyond.

What drives me is a simple belief: meaningful change starts with awareness. When you understand your patterns, assumptions, strengths and impact on others, you create greater choice in how you lead, communicate and respond. That belief underpins my work as a facilitator, coach, consultant and author.

My approach combines practical experience, behavioural psychology, coaching and evidence-based leadership development. While I value theory and research, I believe learning creates the greatest impact when it is relevant, applied and connected to the realities people face every day.

Whether I’m working with a senior leadership team, facilitating a development programme or coaching an individual, my focus is always on helping people turn insight into action.

Alongside my consultancy work, I am the creator of The PURE Approachâ„¢, a practical framework designed to help people develop greater self-awareness and make more intentional choices in everyday leadership moments. The approach reflects much of what I have learned throughout my career: that growth is rarely about dramatic transformation. More often, it comes from noticing what is happening, pausing, and choosing a more effective response.

I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Master’s degree in International Higher Education, and professional coaching credentials. I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), an Accredited Belbin Team Roles Facilitator, an Accredited Transformative Coach, and a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

Above all, I believe that leadership is a human endeavour. It is built through relationships, conversations, reflection and action. My role is to help create the conditions where people can learn, grow and lead with greater clarity, connection and impact.
